Erection Procedure

Erection of bag house from bottom to up.
Ensuring hopper and chamber welding no leakage by strict leakage detection measures.
Checking and cleaning the impurities and iron filings in the gas path before the installation of the injection system.
At the same time of ensuring the same distance between the spout and the tubeplate, the spout and the bag mouth should be concentric.
The filter bag shall not be scratched by hard objects and the mouth of the bag shall be pinched into a concave shape, so that it can be fully embedded with the tubeplate.
Inserting the bag cages into the filter bags gently to avoid scratching the filter bag until the cover is pressed on the cell.
Fluorescent powder leakage detection is the key method to check whether there is a leak point, ensure good sealing and low emission concentration.
In order to prevent water vapor from condensing and dust from pasting the bags, the external insulation layer should be added to ensure that the gas temperature is 25~35℃ higher than the dew point.
