    The most advanced internal mixer in the world, automatize the whole process of rubber compounding and fundamentally guarantees the belt product quality.

  • 2. Calendar Machine

    Using high accuracy four-roll calendar machine imported from German, guarantee the specifications and thickness specifications of the semi-finished product plate, the rubber cloth calendar and final belt forming.

  • 3. Belt Forming

    The advanced tension forming machine ensures the pressure uniformity among the layers of belt and the semi-finished products quality.

  • 4. Vulcanization

    Vulcanization makes the plasticity of rubber decrease, elasticity increase, the capacity of resisting external deformation greatly increased and improves other physical and chemical properties.
