Product Features

  • High temperature resistance, folding resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and good waterproof performance

    The filter cloth adopts monofilament with diameter of 3.8-5.0 μm superfine glass fiber as raw material so it has good performance of folding resistance.

  • Good filtration performance, loose yarn and large surface area

    Weft is treated by special bulking process. After the post-treatment of expanded yarn filter cloth, the wetting agent is easy to wrap on the surface of a single fiber to form a protective film, which is conducive to interception, diffusion, static electricity, gravity and  inertia to capture dust.

  • High temperature thermal film coating technology is adopted to ensure high filtration precision

    The pore size of microporous membrane is 0.1-2 μm, thickness is 15 μm, porosity is more than 85%. Besides, the glass fiber expanded film is coated woven filter material. All of the above mechanical properties ensure the realization of the ultra-low emission standard of flue gas.

  • Automatic cutting keeping no deviation in size and three chain stitches ensuring that there will be no opening due to blowing

    The upper and lower pieces of the stitches on the body of the filter bag are flat and free of folds. The bag mouth and the interface at the bottom of the bag are folded evenly, and there will be no gap after being installed on the tubeplate.

Erection Procedure

Transporting the whole carton of filter bags into the air purification chamber through the manhole door. The filter bag must be transported in the whole carton otherwise the filter bag is easy to be scratched.
The whole carton of filter bags shall be stacked neatly in the air purification chamber.
Distributing filter bag installation protective sleeves to filter bag installation workers.
Putting the filter bag protection sleeves into the tubeplate holes.
Inserting all the filter bags into the tubeplate holes and taking out the protective sleeves.
Bending the elastic ring of the filter bag with both hands. The groove of the outer bag mouth is aligned with the edge of the tubeplate hole. The bag ring is tightly attached to the tubeplate in the whole circle and evenly tensioned.
Usually, a "snap" sound can be heard, which means that the opening of the filter bag has been clamped with the tubeplate hole. If it is not clamped, press it by hand or gently tap the periphery with a rubber hammer until it is tensioned.
Please notice to install backward from the tail end of the jet pipe to the manhole door, which can avoid workers from stepping on the elastic circlip of the filter bag.
