Product Features

  • The surface layer is needle punched with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) staple fiber. The texture surface is smooth with one protection layer so the dust is easy to peel off.  This can reduce the consumption of compressed air and realize low energy consumption.

  • The pore diameter of PTFE microporous membrane on the surface of the filter bag is 0.10~2.0 μm. It can separate all dust larger than the micropore diameter and easily achieve less than 10mg/Nm3 Emission standards.

  • PTFE needle felt membrane filter bag can operate continuously from above the acid dew point to 240℃ and the instantaneous temperature can reach 260℃.It has good performance in acid resistant, alkali resistant, anti-hydrolysis and anti-oxidation, while it is not good in abrasion and folding resistance.

  • Automatic cutting can ensure no deviation in size. Three chain stitches guarantee that there will be no opening due to blowing.

Erection Procedure

Transporting the whole carton of filter bags into the air purification chamber through the manhole door. The filter bag must be transported in the whole carton otherwise the filter bag is easy to be scratched.
The whole carton of filter bags shall be stacked neatly in the air purification chamber.
Distributing filter bag installation protective sleeves to filter bag installation workers.
Putting the filter bag protection sleeves into the tubeplate holes.
Inserting all the filter bags into the tubeplate holes and taking out the protective sleeves.
Bending the elastic ring of the filter bag with both hands. The groove of the outer bag mouth is aligned with the edge of the tubeplate hole. The bag ring is tightly attached to the flower plate in the whole circle and evenly tensioned.
Usually, a "snap" sound can be heard, which means that the opening of the filter bag has been clamped with the tubeplate hole. If it is not clamped, press it by hand or gently tap the periphery with a rubber hammer until it is tensioned.
Please notice to install backward from the tail end of the jet pipe to the manhole door, which can avoid workers from stepping on the elastic circlip of the filter bag.
