  • Maximizing the reuse of existing equipment and minimizing fabrications/modifications work

    According to the site working conditions calculate the filtration area, judge the status of the existing electrostatic precipitator and determine the transformation scheme. On the premise of meeting the technical requirements, the existing foundation and components shall be used as much as possible. For example, the existing civil foundation, shell and dust hopper can be retained, and all other parts shall be removed.

  • Reducting erection period and lower investment than replacing with complete new equipment

    The conversion erection work can be completed within the maintenance period without affecting the normal production.

    3D modeling can provide intuitive intermediate connection structure, ensure the equipment accurate manufacturing and at the same time provide the packaging model with packing list which is helpful to control transportation cost.

  • Emissions can be reduced to under required emissions limits

    CETEC can analyze physical capability of each system, optimize the fluid dynamics and study the efficiency of pollution removal by Ansys Fluent and CFD software. Based on the analysis to adjust inlet duct location, deflector and duct baffle to get optimal air distribution and reduce air speed.


Erection Procedure

  • Removing polar plates.
    Installing tubeplates.
    Adding vertical stack.
    Installing the upper horizontal air outlet flue pipe in a stepped arrangement.
    Adjusting tubeplates, cleaning the air purification chamber and installing bag cages.
    Inserting the bag cages into the filter bags gently to avoid scratching the filter bag until the cover is pressed on the cell.
    Fluorescent powder leakage detection is the key method to check whether there is a leak point, ensure good sealing and low emission concentration.
    In order to prevent water vapor, condense and dust paste the bags, the external insulation layer should be added to ensure that the gas temperature is 25 ~35℃ higher than the dew point.
